1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, expelling bank holidays).
Once your order is fixed, it will be shipped, and you’ll receive a proof email with pursuing details.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will admit an email with your tracking number and carrier details. You can track your parcel using the link provided.

5. Delivery Issues & Delays
We work hard to ensure proper deliveries, but delays may occur being:

Incorrect address details
Please assign extra period during peak periods. If your group is quite delayed, contact us and we’ll assist you in location it.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to determine a correct and complete shipping address. Orders returned to us due to faulty addresses will be returned minus the shipping fee. A new order must remain if you wish to have the item shipped further.
7. Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order is notable as “Delivered” but you have not accepted it:

We will open an investigation with the courier and assist you in resolving the issue.
8. Pre-Orders or Backorders
For items notable as Pre-Order or Backorder, the supposed shipping date will be clearly established on the produce page. These items will be consumed once stock appears. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be held and shipped together unless requested otherwise.
9. Delivery Refusal or Missed Delivery
If you refuse delivery or miss the delivery attempts and the parcel is returned to us, we will issue a refund excluding shipping costs.
